Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using the Spot mobile app (the “App”), operated by Glyde Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Spot Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered on a weekly or yearly basis.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.

3. Acceptable use — important

Spot is a personal privacy tool. You agree to use it only on networks and in locations where you are authorized to do so, and to comply with all applicable laws. Specifically:

Only scan Wi-Fi networks you own or are permitted to use.
The App may display camera streams that are already publicly accessible on your current network with no password. You must not use the App to access devices, networks, or streams you are not authorized to access, and you must not attempt to defeat any authentication or security measure.
You are solely responsible for how you use any information the App surfaces.

4. No guarantee

Spot is a detection aid. Hidden devices vary widely and may use methods the App cannot detect. The App does not, and cannot, guarantee that it will find every hidden camera, recorder, tracker, or other device. Do not rely on the App as your sole means of ensuring privacy or safety.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyde Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
