By downloading or using the Realsy mobile app (the “App”), operated by Glyde Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions

Realsy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) and may include a free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or after the free trial, if one is offered).
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the App.

3. Acceptable use — important

Realsy is a personal dating-safety tool. You must be 18 or older and you agree to use the App lawfully. Specifically:

Use Realsy only to check photos in the context of your own personal safety (for example, a photo someone sent you on a dating app).
Do not use Realsy to stalk, harass, surveil, or harm anyone, or to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, or any purpose regulated by law.
You are solely responsible for how you use any information the App surfaces.

4. No guarantee — a signal, not proof

Realsy searches the public, indexed web for places a photo appears. A result is a signal to help you decide, not proof of anything about a person. In particular, freshly AI-generated faces and photos from private accounts will not appear anywhere and can come back “low concern”. A green result does not mean someone is safe or genuine. Always verify independently — for example with a live video call.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyde Games Oyun ve Yazılım Anonim Şirketi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, or from decisions you make based on its results.

6. Changes & termination

We may update the App and these Terms, and may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
